At Artisan Décor Shop, we take as much care in crafting our return policy as our artisans do in creating your handcrafted home décor pieces. Should any item not meet your expectations, we’re pleased to offer a straightforward returns process for your convenience.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Please note:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned
  • Collectible figurines with certificate of authenticity must include all documentation

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate nature and artisan craftsmanship, the following cannot be returned:

  • Barware & Wine Tools with signs of use
  • Opened Drinkware sets
  • Personalized Home Décor & Sentiments
  • Used Kitchen & Tableware

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (template provided below).
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage using original materials, including all certificates for collectibles.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Montgomery address using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal value:

  1. Follow the same process as returns
  2. Specify your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect the original

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
